Re: [IRCA] Apology



I'd agree an issue of this type (Paul's "State of the NRC" message) that's 
between the NRC and it's members / ex-members doesn't need to be brought to 
the IRCA list.

You don't have  to apologize at all to Paul Swearingen in my book. IRCA is 
the only party that might have an objection to all this.
