[IRCA] IRCA Bookstore Update

Folks,

I've just been extended here in San Diego for another month... so I won't
be back in Seattle until mid-July now. For "DX Monitor" the impact is nil
(thanks to Doug Pifer our Publisher), however, it DOES mean that I won't
be able to process IRCA Bookstore orders as quickly as I'd like.

So, please be patient as I will attempt to catch up on mailings when I am
home for a weekend or two before I finish here.

Hopefully, normal operation of the Bookstore will resume mid-July.
