[IRCA] 1620 NOAA forecast

I noticed a marine weather forecast that sounded much like a NOAA broadcast
on 1620 just now.  It included Baltimore Canyon in the locations, which is
off the New Jersey coast.  It sounds like the forecast is continuing, so its
not likely a part of a normal commercial broadcast.

A Google search of NOAA weather 1620 AM turned up the Village of East
Rockaway, NY that seems to fit.  Any other prospects?
