6925 WNBR?? 1935EDT. QTH unknown.
May be a pirate. Playing the worse sounding junk noise you can imagaine. ID at
1935 EDT. Any one know if this is a real station
or a pirate? Signal is S9+30db. The call is hard to understand as their
modulation is crappy. It may be WNPR or WMBR. [WM-TN]
