Re: [IRCA] Off topic /Computer monitors

I have never looked at it like that. Perhaps you're right.

I don't really frequent the other stores you mentioned either. But at
least there's not one of those on every corner. Around here anyway. I also
don't think they quite suck the life out of little towns like Wal-Mart does.
Wal-Mart will build whatever, wherever, whereas K-Mart and Target only build
in somewhat larger places. I commend them on that. Oh...and they at least
close stores once in a while. Wal-Mart just builds a bigger store or two
down the road and then leaves the old store empty. A big, ugly box just
sitting there all alone and empty. I wish legislation could be passed all
across the land that if you build something, you need to make sure it's used
after you use it.

Considering that most Walmarts have security people trolling the lots, it
kinda makes you wonder if they may be supplementing their income. I too
have noticed the minefields...baby butts keep exploding everywhere and look
what happens. Kinda reminds me of Target and K-Mart, two other stores that
I have always viewed as favorably as Walmart.

Oh...if you ever go into a Wal-Mart parking lot to rescue keys, watch
out for the diapers. It's like a minefield there sometimes. Another reason I
shop there only as a last resort, which isn't too often by the way...

I'm a locksmith. I will take all of parking lots where people lock their
keys in their cars. Can you imagine how many cars are in a Walmart
parking lot?
