[IRCA] 1450 KEYY Provo UT

Hi all,
Got a pretty good tentative on this one at 0402 PDT and will follow up on it 
next chance I get.  Rel. w/ Turning Point program. (Logical choice per 
station and program websites.)  1450 is probably my least successful 
graveyard frequency with only six prior catches. Fade-up's seem rare.  Even 
the closest station- 40 miles away is poor most of the time!?
