I've never been able to find a complete list, but I've heard them on KZUA

Holbrook AZ, among other stations, during FM Es season. It was very
frustrating
last year trying to ID Es targets (and Ms targets as well) that carried
Padres
baseball as there were a few days in which they appeared in several places
on the
FM dial. 93.5 is one frequency with Padres baseball I never successfully
ID'd.

They probably don't have a network, but XEPRS-1090 is simulcast on
XHBCE-105.7 Tijuana-Tecate, BCN.  It's possible they may continue to
simulcast some games on XEPE-1700 which has a stronger signal than
XEPRS in San Diego's east county.
