[IRCA] DX TIP for WDXR

1420    KIGO    ID, St. Anthony, very strong at 0002 EST 3/30 with SS mx
and "KIGO" ID in SS. New, ex 1400. This was one of two stations I still
needed from ID to have them all. KACH 1340 I still need. (PM-OR)
