[IRCA] TP's

Hi All

It was a very good for TP's around local sunrise today with audio from 6 
stations and many more carriers were heard.  Audio was heard from JOAK-594, 
JOAB-693, JOIB-747, JOUB-774, JOBB-828, HLAZ-1566.  This was the best since 
last fall.
