In light of the recent discussion, I'd like to suggest the
following plan of action.
1. In the future, when a station agrees to a DX Test, we will
encourage them to allow us
to handle QSLing.
2. If a station insists on handling their own QSL's, then
obviously, we'll agree to that.
3. Assuming that a station handles their own QSL's, all those
interested in getting a verification
will agree to submitting the original request and one polite
follow up request no sooner
than one month after the original request.
If the QSL doesn't arrive...everyone agrees to "let it go" and
be grateful for the test
at all. Does that sound reasonable?
