Hi All,
QSL received from KICY.  Short "facts only" letter plus small brochure with 
the mission statement. (no pun intended as it is a statement about it's 
missions, hi- ok perhaps it is a pun.)  Letter signed by "Verification 
Official"  J. Dennis Weidler- GM. - P.O. Box 820, Nome AK 99762.   Elapsed 
time about three weeks. Return postage supplied and used. Pretty cool.... I 
mean ICY!
