Is this the same WJCC that used to be on 1170 in NJ? Or maybe it was on
1160. I remember WJCC interfering with WWVA around local sunrise when I
lived on Long Island in the mid-1980s.

Indeed - WJCC no longer appears in the FCC's database. This would appear to
be the second X-bander to go off at the end of the five years, after KBLI
1620 in Idaho, and the fourth X-bander in all to go away, after KALT 1610 in
Texas and the 1620 in Atmore, Alabama.
