Indeed - WJCC no longer appears in the FCC's database. This would appear 
to be the second X-bander to go off at the end of the five years, after 
KBLI 1620 in Idaho, and the fourth X-bander in all to go away, after 
KALT 1610 in Texas and the 1620 in Atmore, Alabama.
