[IRCA] JOUB 740 kHz Good signal

JOUB 774 kHz in at 0822 UTC with man in JJ, good signal.  S-8, hope conditions last to late morning.  Thanks Pat for listing your DX of Feb 19, going to try some of these frequencies and hope for something new.  Waiting for the DU's to start rolling in, have not heard anything DU, even Hawaii from this location.
