[IRCA] XEKTT open carrier on top CTC

Hello,

 

XEKTT signed-off at 0600 UTC and left their carrier on.  Coast to Coast program underneath XEKTT's carrier.  Checked the CTC web page and found out the only two 1700 kHz stations are both in Texas.  KKLF,

500 watts and KQXX 880 watts.  Have the tape running, either one would be new here. Now XEKTT' signed back on at 0623 UTC.  Can still hear CTC under XEKTT signal.  Nice while it lasted.
