[IRCA] Format Change- WAMS 1260 Newark DE?

They are IDing as "All oldies, the New 1260, WAMS".  When last I checked, they were basically relaying WIBF-1600 Dover DE with Black Gospel format.  When did WAMS flip to oldies?  The old WNRK on this frequency used to have an oldies format here before they went dark several years ago.
