Here in the West, we had the same thing. KHJ & KRLA Los Angeles, KFRC &
KYA San Francisco, KGW & KISN Portland, KJR & KOL Seattle. "Real Top 40
Radio", not the plastic sounding stuff of today. Real DJ, that took
calls from listeners. Always had some stunt going on, contests, fun
stuff to listen too. Each station was trying to out do the competition.
A Real reason to listen.
