[IRCA] Wobbler again, 1100

The sun is setting and the Wobbler is rising again on 1100 Radio Cadena 
Habana, Havana, Cuba.

Heard here in southeast Florida all day, a vigorous but weak signal.  As 
the sun sets the strength of the signal is increasing here, and no doubt 
soon well beyond.
