Will look at 640, 670, & 1180 with greater regularity. This afternoon, slogged about work room/alternate radio space. 1100 Wobbler hot on R-388#14 & Zenith Trans Oceanic 3000.
BFO on both yielded interesting results. Tuning slightly off freq caused el Wobblito to leap from set like a Palmetto pursued. Tuned on center both w/BFO on and off, el Wobbloidismo less prominent, as if RF creating the wobbler effect swings higher and lower than carrier which remains on freq. Hopefully this makes sense, treat as pure speculation.
