Former IRCA Test Coordinator, Paul Lotsof is back in the game, informing us of some full power testing coming up at KEVT-1030khz in Cortaro, AZ just a few miles from Tucson. Also we've got updated QSL information for several of the tests, along with a new date/time format that hopefully will be less confusing for everyone. It comes at the suggestion of Glen Hauser who is going to be promoting these tests in his weekly "World of Radio". Thanks to all for the suggestions and assistance in keeping these tests rolling. Best of DX to all! ===================================================
