I had to put my headphones on for this one, but I have your answer..
 
Listen about 5 seconds in, you'll hear the mention of "1440" followed by a swoosh. I clearly heard a W and Z and upon further inspection an Y and X.
 
WZYX Cowan Winchester..
 
if you listen during the id at about 7 seconds, you hear the town "Wincehster" mentioned. It is just about 3 miles NW of Winchester.
