[IRCA] WUMP DX Test Not Heard

No inventory inserts were aired during the first hour
of the scheduled test period from WUMP-730 during the
period I monitored Monday night/Tues. morning, Jan.
23/24.  

Like WVNN, WUMP are 30 to 40 air miles away from me. 
Unlike WUMP, their signal at night here is fade-free
and mostly interference free.  Plenty of station
breaks were clearly including IDs, promos and lengthy
blocks of local spots.

I see that the inventory inserts were logged by others
later in the morning, so I suspect that, even though
the test period is supposed to start just before
midnight CST, they are not running these before 1 AM
Central.

Please don't let this discourage anyone from trying
for the test before 1 AM Central, or even trying at
all.  I plan on monitoring the timeframe between 1 and
2 AM Central tonight/tomorrow morning, and will post
results here to the list.
