[IRCA] WVNN-770 DX Test

770 WVNN-AL heard here in Tulsa on overnite recordings with CW IDs and 
sweep tones 0059, 0259, 0359 and 0459CST 19JAN06, sweep tones only at 
0159CST 19JAN06. Not new but last logged here in 1995. This test is a 
great example of the ability of CW and sweep tones to cut through the 
clutter. Thanks to Les and the folks that arranged this test!
