The audio emanating from my Drake R8B with the 2.3 khz filter engaged is
very
listenable. Indeed, I rarely stray from this filter when I MW DX. Granted I
wouldn't
want to spend a relaxing evening listening to my favourite programming with
said
filter engaged, but for me for MW DXing, it's powerful tool.
