Hi Ray-
Both Canadian and Mexican rates went from 60 to 63 cents. The second ounce
is now 90 rather than 85.
International goes to 84 cents everywhere for 1 oz. but the second ounce is
split different ways depending on country- anywhere from $1.65 to $1.80 are the new values for 2 oz. Go to www.usps.com for specific rates greater than 1 oz. for various countries other than Canada and Mexico. 73- John Sgrulletta
