[IRCA] WTAM, + 1314 carrier, in Oregon

Had a very strong 1100 WTAM at 1630 PT with a "Sheriffs of Northern
Ohio" anti-crime promo with both program and website mentions
(www.wtam.com). KFAX wasn't "up" yet.

Currently hearing a carrier on 1314 and very weak carriers up and
down the dial. Worth watching.

KKOH is not off the air this evening but are extremely weak, so
perhaps I'll be able to snag and record KNOM tonight.
