Hi Bill,
You know, I wouldn't mind a piece of your real-estate transplanted up here.
(The closet thing to that would probably be living out toward Bend) -just
colder at times. I know I'm not in Portland, but the ambient noise here
isn't exactly minimal either. I suppose all factors have to be included for
a "noise total"... Not counting electrical interference, it just seems
higher than one might expect.
