[IRCA] Target List

Over the weekend I decided to clear out tons of old emails, many of 
which contain DX tips or posts to various lists.  I saved them as 
targets but I decided that it was easier in the long run to simply set 
up an Excel file for this.  The file lists the station info, who 
reported it, their location, time and date of the report, and a comments 
field for format, slogan, etc.

If anyone wants a copy to check out the format, or if any DXers within a 
hundred miles or so would find it helpful, email me off list and I'll be 
happy to share it.
