[IRCA] WAPI/WJOX DX Test

At top of hour 0600 UTC last night, very easy copy of WJOX voice id / promo.  No sweep tones or anything noted at WJOX or WAPI at that time.

Stuck around to 0630 on 1070.  No sweep tones/cw noted for WAPI.  Frequency dominated primarily by WIBC and occasionally by WFLI.

Neither station needed here.  Les, I will send you the WJOX mp3 file clip later.  Thanks for arranging this
