I think your best shot at Delaware would be WDEL-1150 in Wilmington (news-talk). They run 5 kw day and night. Second best is WDOV-1410 in Dover, also with a talk format. The challenge is WTMC-1380 in Newport/Wilmington that runs traffic info 24-hours a day. They run a mighty 520 watts day, 14 watts at night.
