This morning's conditions were similar to yesterday's with a minor and short lived sunrise enhancement. I listened from 1300 to 1408. LSR at 1349.
693 JOAK very faint w/female and male speaking
747 JOIB weak w/female and male, sounded like language lesson
774 JOUBÂweak to good near LSR w/female and male, language lesson, fanfare
828 JOBB weak w/male and female, sounded like language lesson
1566 HLAZ faint to weak w/male speaking, female singing, musical interludes, in after LSR, gone by 1405
