Hey Chris,
Unsure how Central time was clarified in the clip that I posted. Another
listener commented on my recording and claimed to have heard a time check
matching up to EST. I replayed the recording and now hear the time check
but the hour isn't clear to my ears but the "o-clock" is. However...last
night's reception had two clear time checks matching EST. I agree, despite
the presumed "Rockingham" mentions, I don't think this is North Carolina
either.
