All TAs heard on a north facing Flag antenna Craig. It knocks down most of the USA interference plus my local. Unfortunately, Vancouver is also to the north, so I get the stations from there stronger than I would like.

It can be a bit of a compromise between knocking down the interference, and pointing the antenna towards the DX. If you have interference to the south, a north facing Flag could serve you well over the winter.

Hi Nick,

Nice catches! Just out of curiosity, did you hear those on your north antenna? Iâ??m debating on setting up a short (~35 ft. X 14ft.) flag or corner-fed loop.

This seemed to have better modulation than the various tentative UK stations, which didn't deliver much for quite strong carriers.
