[IRCA] 1570 Winkler MB

Greetings,

I spoke to the CE of CKMW 1570 Winkler MB and they had a fire, so CKMW
is currently operting only with 1 KW. I noticed I have not noticed them
of late here. I called them because of my CJRB 1220 report, but I
thought I would pass this along incase CKMW blocks the frequency. He
said, it would be down at 1 KW for a week or so. The new 10 KW TX is on
order.
