KKOL is still listed in the FCC Data Base.

The existing Port of Tacoma site (50/47 kw) is listed as licensed and 
silent. The Bainbridge Island (Winslow) site is shown as an application 
with 50/3.2 kw.

Not sure why they've already started the move, unless the application 
has actually been approved (or they expect it to be a slam dunk).
