[IRCA] TP 15 Feb Victoria version
An extraordinary mess of DX, much unidentified, or unidentifiable on multiple channels. I've run out of steam going through the files, so there's likely a lot still to be found....and never will be. A lot of peculiarity to the morning too, many signals with strong carriers and little to no audio riding along, plus domestic splash seemed pretty lively as well.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)
