Two teams with the same name! just like the CFL back in the days of the 
Ottawa and Saksatchewan Roughriders.. there's still the SK Riders, but 
Ottawa are now the Renegades.

Why didn't Milwaukee ever get an NHL expansion team?  It seems like a good 
hockey market - at least a cold-weather city, unlike some of the NHL's 
markets, including the defending Stanley Cup champion - and they could 
develop a rivalry with the Blackhawks.
