Dr. Gonzo was pseudonym for Oscar Zeta Acosta, actual attorney who later wrote book of his own. Thompson used pseudonym of Dr. Raoul Duke in various works. His insights, though considered sour by some, are described by those expert in their fields as 'least factual but most accurate'.
