[IRCA] TA conditions from the west coast

Quite a few weak TA carriers this evening. A quck band scan at 0320 UTC shows 22 carriers, with the strongest being a "3/10" with most being 1 to 2/10 only. TAs on the west coast should be more correctly classed as "Trans-Polar" as there's nothing truly "trans Atlantic" about European signals heard on the west coast. .........Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC.
