[IRCA] Turks and Caicos 530 kHz

Hello,

Turks & Caicos 530 kHz heard at 0445 with Spanish.  Signal is good at times, then fades badlly. Signal comes in better when tuned to  529.30 kHz.  Station might have sign-off at 0500? 11-14-05
