Interesting and annoying morning.  Interesting because China is back, 
annoying because of the large numbers of strong carriers with "man 
mumbling" or the equivalent, which all go in the last bin with the 
carriers that are just strong, but not strong enough to deliver 
audio.  More loggings might likely have resulted from more time spent 
on this, digging out those wispy audios.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

594 JOAK woman in Japanese 1334UT, briefly at this level.
774 JOUB Chinese lessons 1333UT and other times


Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)
