[IRCA] TP 20 Sep Victoria version

Like yesterday erratic signals, hard work to dig things out, and yet 
there were odd things in the depths.  Again, lots of  carriers close 
to audio, maybe there was audio, given the sudden fade ups that were 
occurring, but darned if I'm going to listen to each channel for 
15-30 minutes.

Given the very unsettled geomagnetic conditions, I would have 
expected fewer Asians and more DUs, but there actually seemed to be 
fewer DUs today.     In fact the lack of marked effect from  K 
indices of 4 and even 5 on the Asian reception seems very unusual 
from what I can remember.



pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
