 1611    unID AUSTRALIA          Mostly only carriers, but had about a 2
minute spike at 1251 resulting in stations with audio (one music and one
man talking) on 1611 and 1611.02

Same here at my SR in IL but neither 1611 good enough for audio.  73 KAZ
