The file size limit is determined by the software. The use of the mailing list software was donated to IRCA by member Risto Kotalampi(did I spell that right? Sorry, I'm on the road right now) back in 2003. Risto has taken care of upgrades. If there is a change to a setting needed, offhand I'd say contact him about it. He also hosts the hard core dx group.
If it's the results of something you want posted just contact me and I can put it on our server.
Lynn.
