[IRCA] WCAO is running IBOC at night

My local on 600, WCAO Baltimore is running IBOC tonight and has been 
doing so for the past three nights.  I assume this is a mistake 
because I had understood that night time operation of IBOC has not 
yet been authorized.  Can anyone outside of the Baltimore area hear 
the IBOC hash from them?
