[IRCA] S350 vs S350DL

Universal Radio has the Grundig S350 listed at $99.95 (marked down from 
$149.95) and the eton S350DL at $149.95 (no mark down).

The only differences I could see in the product descriptions are the DL 
clock can be set while it's playing, it can run off AA batteries as well 
as D, and possibly the biggest point, "A new SW/AM frequency lock 
circuit improves stability to reduce drift."

Has anyone compared the two versions?  Are there more improvements, or 
are these enough to make the DL worth the extra $50?  How bad a problem 
is the drift on the S350?

Almost forgot, you get a free pair of stereo headphones with the S350DL.
