There is an Angolan listed on 1458, but I think this is Albania.

I tuned in at 2229 UTC and caught the last few seconds of a sign-off. 
The loop direction is E-W as much to null the Asian language 
"Sunrise" in London, but it's def not N-S for Angola.

I had apparent zero beat on 1467.68 kHz.
