[IRCA] WKQV 1620 pirate on 10/16 at 1400L

WKQV 1620, my personal pirate, on 10/16 at 1400L, coming in very strong 
as usual -- over S9+10 with the loop, S9+20 with the verticals phased 
together.  Will keep a watch to see if it remains on past sunset.

WDHP underneath, down around S5, with pirate phased out on verticals.  
No St.Croix produced by the loop, but it is inside and in a bad 
environment for delicate nulling.
