[IRCA] DX CX 10/10

Greetings:

A fair morning. My old friend, DYHP 612 returned with the DJ in Tagalog
taking calls. Thailand was there on 891, and UNID pop mx CC on 864 at
1420 UTC. It sounded commercial, but hard to tell, as there are a lot of
CC on 864 including China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Just HLAZ on 1566,
nothing else. No Russian on 810. But it sounded like the main DX CX had
dropped to the South a bit. They were not quite as Northerly hearing
DYHP. Also Vietnam 675 was there with CC behind it.
