You have to create a seperate event for each hour:

- click the clock icon on the toolbar to open the scheduler
- create a new task and give it start and stop times around the top of 
the first hour you want
- click the clone button to make a copy of that task
- edit the times to advance the start and stop times by an hour
- repeat for each remaining TOH

Once you get started, it only takes a few minutes to create your whole 
nights schedule.
